The Green Walnut Guesthouse (Zölddiófa Panzió) is located in Bicfalău, Covasna County, Transylvania, right under the forest, in the middle of a 1-hectare orchard. It consists of three buildings: one is a mansion built in 1801 (with two rooms, two bathrooms, a living room and an equipped kitchen), the second is built in the same style (7 rooms with bathrooms, a living room for 30-40 people, an equipped kitchen) and a third, smaller building (2 rooms with bathrooms and an apartment with a bathroom). The rooms offer a stunning view of the Háromszék Depression and the mountainous surroundings.

The peaceful environment, the clean air rich in ozone and the location of the guesthouse in a magical natural setting make our accommodation an ideal choice for all those who want to relax and recharge in peace, away from the noise of the city. Our guests are welcomed by an intimate and friendly atmosphere, where the chirping of birds and the fresh air are an everyday experience. Being close to nature helps not only to recharge physically, but also spiritually: whether it is an energetic walk through the forest, a bike ride or a relaxing afternoon on the terrace, we have everything you need to relax. The location of the guesthouse offers the opportunity for hiking, excursions and even exploring the cultural programs of the surrounding settlements. Ideal for couples, families or even individual travelers who want harmony and recharge in the embrace of nature.

Rooms

Guest rooms: The rooms of the guesthouse are furnished with 200-year-old grandmother-style furnitures. The beds are extremely comfortable and contain memory mattresses. The rooms have no TV, radio or video, but there is wifi and a library.

Bathrooms: Very spacious, with shower cabins.

Living and dining room: Both house have a fireplace. The mansion offers breakfast in the kitchen furnished with grandmother's painted furniture, or in good weather on the terrace next to the 200-year-old giant acacia tree.
The new building includes a dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace, located in the middle of the orchard.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served here. Those who would like to cook, are free to do as they please. The living room has satellite TV, the wifi works throughout the house and we can provide phones.

The conference room (a converted barn) can accommodate 60-80 people, and is suitable for dance camps, band rehearsals, various training courses, etc.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, some with color TV.
